I guess i'm good now. Momolight & Epilight works perfectly now, even without fullscreen d3d mode.

This is what i did (may not work for everybody else, as they have a different computer setup).

1) fresh new clean win7 installation
2) newest graphics drivers installed (ati for me)
3) installed K-Lite Codec Pack (the one silas posted above) and using that media p_layer_ classic version from that package.
4) run epilight .NET

I think the 3rd point is the most important. After going through so many different setups to get the momolight to work flawlessly this is a good easy way (for me). Personally i think that the combination between ambilight, codec, p_layer_ and os is very fragile. (tearing, stuttering etc..)

Don't give up on this. At the end of the day i got this momolight working so great; that epilight software is way better running than its source app boblight.
