And then i'm using Boblight software, because it's working super in my windows vista.

BTW. There is now a new firmware version that also includes
moodlight functionality. Once this HEX file is in the PIC you can put a little program (25 steps) in the PIC with your serial cable and after that your lights will follow that program even if your PC is not turned on.
With the reset button (that no longer functions as a reset button) you can change between
"mood" and "momo" mode.
