HI,

Currently I work on a new Amblight system. This system will use Enttec OpenDMX as hardware. So now it is possible to get 512 channels. 512 / 3 (red / green / blue) will make 170 possibles lights for ambilight.

The system will send a DMX signal, so all DMX lights will work on this signal.

Also you can made your own DMX light, Google on DMX DIY. For example: http://www.hoelscher-hi.de/hendrik/english/led.htm

A new version is only. Added, support for DMX4All / DMX4U interfaces. ( I can't test it by myself, so if there is anyone who can, I appreciate it.

Please check the new version. You can use the program now with ArtNet.

If you start the plugin (or program) the plugin will send an ArtNet Poll. The first repley of the poll will be the winner and get the DMX data. If there is no repley (many programs i have tested doesn't send a replay) the plugin will broadcast the data at: 2.255.255.255

i tested artnet support with dmx-workshop from artistic licence, dmxcontrol and art-net show-gate from digital enlightenment.
none of them got connected automatic and the ip adress (2.255.255.255) alone doesnt work (subnetmask and subnet are needed).

AVT : le journal de liaison d'assembly est désactivé.

Yes, this bug will show when you start the program without DirectX. In the current version of SendTheLight, the program will search for DirectX, even if you use GDI as engine, the program need DirectX. In a new version I will fix this. For now, please install DirectX

I use a DMX4All mini Interface that schould work?
with wich software can i re_link_ the artnet to mydmx interface without having to change my ip adress? (the normal Network and Internet should work too)
is there any tutorial how to get it work.

because you try to broadcast.
Can you please make it to let the User set an IP + subnet and send it then directly there.

thanks for your software.
I use the Dworkin DMX Transmitter (http://dworkin-dmx.de) to control the RGB-LED-stripes. It is low cost and supports 254 chanels (84 RGB-channels).
Because i could not get the Dworkin DMX to operate with ArtNET and DMXControl i had to program my own output dll for StL (it is attached if anybody is interested).
Now my little ambilight-project works fine.
But it's a pity that it doesn't work with Games like Resident Evil 5 or Assassins Creed (Desktop, Films and Live-TV looks good). Is there a way to analyze the screen of those games (DX9/10)?

maar heb 2 kleine probleempjes.
-Enttec Pro is me nog niet gelukt om aan de plaat tekrijgen gebruik dus de open enttec maarja die staat bekent om zijn onstabieliteit. gebruik hem al JAREN.
-Laaste led par flikkert maar een end heen, als ik aan de timer interval kom dan kan ik het wel beter krijgen maar niet optimaal.
ik ga nog effe verder spelen
